Business Listing Data
Business information displayed on this site is sourced from publicly available records, including state licensing board databases, business registration filings, and Google Maps. This data includes business names, addresses, phone numbers, websites, service areas, operating hours, and customer reviews. Business owners may request corrections or removal by contacting us at [email protected].
Payment Information
If you purchase a sponsored listing, payment is processed entirely by PayPal. We do not collect, store, or have access to your credit card numbers, bank account details, or other financial information. PayPal handles all payment processing subject to their own privacy policy.
Usage Data
When you visit our site, we automatically collect certain technical information, including your IP address, browser type and version, device type, operating system, pages visited, time spent on pages, referring URL, and the date and time of your visit. 3. Third-Party Services We Use

- PayPal -- Processes all payment transactions for sponsored listings. We do not store your payment details. PayPal's privacy policy applies to all payment data.
- Resend -- Handles email delivery for transactional and marketing communications. Email addresses and message content are processed by Resend subject to their privacy policy.
- OpenStreetMap / Nominatim -- Provides mapping tiles and geocoding services for displaying business locations. Your IP address may be visible to OpenStreetMap servers when map tiles are loaded.
- Cloudflare -- Provides DNS resolution, content delivery (CDN), and security protection for our website. Cloudflare processes connection data (IP addresses, request headers) subject to their privacy policy.
We do not currently use Google Analytics or any third-party advertising trackers on this site.
4. Information Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes. We may share your information only in the following circumstances:

- Sponsor subscription data: Retained for the duration of the active subscription plus 1 year after cancellation, for accounting and dispute resolution purposes.
- Email subscriber data: Retained until you unsubscribe. Upon unsubscribing, your email address is removed from our active mailing lists. We may retain a record of the unsubscribe request to ensure we do not email you again.
7. Your Rights Under the GDPR (European Economic Area)
If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), you have certain rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR):
- Right to access: You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.

- Unsubscribe requests are honored within 10 business days
